Five Star Experience Consulting

Five Star Experience Consulting’s goal is to help businesses prosper through enhanced service that keeps customers smiling and returning. The immediate needs were the design of a logo and business card, with the potential for collateral branding materials (brochure, banner, etc.,). The client requested the number five and a star be incorporated into the design. During my concept phase, I discovered that the star could be placed within a segment of the number five. Using the pen tool, I reconfigured Myriad Pro’s number five, by increasing the thickness of the character. This exact placement of the star, allowed the joining of the two characters into a compatible compound object. The client selected the color blue to represent strength and stability; therefore, I made this the dominant color. Yellow symbolizes friendliness and caring and a splash of green was added to invoke harmony.
